Slot Functions:
- 3 slots coarse, medium and fine.
- Reversible slot panel suitable for right and left handed.
- For dull knives that need to be resharpened, begin with coarse (1) and repeat the steps with medium (2) and then fine (3) slots.
- Begin with medium (2) and then fine (3) slots to maintain sharp knives.
- Use fine (3) slot for daily maintenance.
Usage Instructions:
- Do not use serrated knives or scissors.
- Knife sharpener should be on a flat and secure surface. Firmly hold the handle of the sharpener and insert heel of knife into chosen slot.
- Pull knife through the slot towards you, heel to tip, with gentle force. Repeat 3-5 times (do not slide knife back and forth).
- Be sure to clean knife after sharpening.
